When you start a baseline schedule, you should add all the tasks that have an influence on the project : 

  • All the Management and Construction tasks. For the Procurement, if you want to simplify the incorporation into the schedule, use the utility Shop drawings Group under the Construction Addin © ribbon

All the tasks which are done by: 

  • The Contractor
  • The Subcontractor
  • The Consultant
  • The Owner
  • The third party 
  • etc...

You will need to have an unique name to facilitate sorting, filtering and grouping within your schedule.
