ou can assign different calendars for certain tasks that require different working hours for example.
You can also create and assign weather-type calendars for tasks weather dependant, or specialized calendars for different subcontractors.
You will need to create those calendars before you can assign them.
You may assign calendar using the Task Calendar Field 
or with the Task Information window under the Advanced tab in the Calendar menu
