With the Construction add-in, you have a Sub Contractor's Award view which will allow you to properly manage your sub-contract award.
This display, which is part of the Construction add-in, groups together the various contracts to be given per week.
The calculation is based on the free slack of the first related construction task.
This allows us to group together by week those that will need to be given, allowing you to focus on the most urgent.
This does not prevent you from awarding them before the proposed date.
When you give out your subcontracts, you can use the Sub Contractor's Award view and enter the relevant information to the subcontractors as well as their email.
You can also enter the amount of the subcontract in the Cost field.
