Short term planning

With the Construction add-in, you can easily produce your short-term plans for 2, 3 or 4 weeks ahead,

Under the Construction tab, in the Monitoring Group, you can use the Short term planning button  , you select in the Job site Status as of window the status date and the number of weeks you want to see ahead.

You can also see it as a calendar using the Calendar view in Ms Project.

Site report

With the construction add-in, you can easily generate a site report that you can give to your superintendent to have the information needed to update.

Use on the Construction tab in the Monitoring group, the Site Report button .

You can select the number of weeks desired, thus obtaining a display as shown below that you can print in pdf and which will allow the superintendent to fill it out by hand or with the tools present in the pdf reading software.
