We recommend incorporating any questions that will arise during the project.
This will keep the list complete and see the influence of each on the project, even if some will not delay the project, they may decrease the free or total float of the tasks and potentially create a delay by cumulating change order tasks on the network.
With the Construction add-in, we have created a RFI view that groups all the RFI's together with the necessary columns to manage them easily.
The Light column allows you to see which ones are late (red light), which are less than 5 days before becoming critical (yellow light), and see which ones have some delay float before you need to take care of them.
You can enter the date of the response received (actual date) and see the free and total slack and monitor which task could be delayed if the Question is not answered.
