This button creates an Excel sheet that will contain all the information required to establish a list of workshop drawings.

Normally, the sheet will be saved in the same directory as your schedule.

If you already have the list of drawings on an Excel sheet, you will need to copy this list to this new sheet.

You must then open the Excel software and open the file saved by our Construction Add-in.

Go to column A You must complete each column:

  • Choose from the drop-down list, the name of the subcontractor responsible for the preparation of these drawings, samples, or technical sheet. DO NOT WRITE BUT SELECT

Preparation duration in working days

Mandatory

  • The time required by the subcontractor to provide drawings, sheets, or samples. You can indicate an approximate duration by following the number with one ?.

  • If you leave this cell blank, the application will indicate an approximate duration of 10 days in Ms Project and you can indicate the duration in Ms Project when you know it.

To be approved by

  • Choose from the drop-down list, the name of the consultant responsible for approving these drawings, samples, or technical data. DO NOT WRITE BUT SELECT

Delivery time in working days

 Mandatory

  • The time required to manufacture or deliver the material. If you leave this cell blank, the application will indicate 1 day for manufacture/delivery related to this drawing. You can indicate an approximate duration by following the number of one?. You can adjust the duration in Ms Project when you know it.

N.B. Do not leave empty lines; the procedure considers that the list of drawings is complete at the first empty line it encounters.
