We are going to use the Resource Names field to register the contributors for each task.
There are different methods to assign a resource (stakeholder) to a task in Ms Project.
This will allow you to create appropriate filters to see the activities specific to each subcontractor for example.
IYou can also add a generic resources list with the Resources button in the Tools group under the Construction tab.
If you already have a company resource list in one of a previous Schedule, you can also copy it to your new file.
You will be able to add resources using the Resource Sheet view if some are missing.
Remember that when you add resources they will be in Work Type Mode. You will have to correct them in the table of resources in Cost type for all ressources, unless you want to manage your own resources then we leave them in Work type.
We assign a Group Code to allow us to more easily identify our various stakeholders.
Owner - OW Group for Client
General Contractor - GC Group for General Contractor
Buyer, Estimator, Superintendent - Groupe CS for Company Staff
Professionals such as Architects, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineers, etc. - CO Group for Consultants
Food consultants, etc. - CO Group for Consultants
Suppliers - SU Group for Supplier
Subcontractors - Groupe SC for Specialized contractor
Third-Party - EX Group for External

To have a good calculation of the schedule, it is necessary to enter predecessors and successors to all tasks except the first one which should never have a predecessor, and the last one which should not have any successor.
It is necessary to enter only technical links and not arbitrary sequences.
It must be ensured that each task has a successor with an FS link (Finish to Start), to allow a good calculation of the network. The preferred links are FS - x days rather than SS + x days or FF.
This becomes important when actual dates are entered in the updates.
Summary tasks should not have any links, this will create a faulty calculation.

To calculate properly the baseline schedule, we have to add the most realistic durations
When you add a task, Ms Project proposes a duration of an estimated day (1?).
We can change the estimated duration to a confirmed duration by writing 10 in the cell of the duration field of the concerned task. There will be no question mark (?).
The days are business days according to the calendar you choose for this project.
We can also show an estimated duration by adding a question mark after the number written in the cell: for example, becomes
It is also possible to show calendar days, for example for the concrete curing task; by indicating which will stand for 5 elapsed days since curing will occur even on the weekend. You will write the number of day and ed for elapsed day, here will write 5ed.

Create general task and then detail them more and more while respecting this rule of thumb :
All tasks must be executed by only one subcontrator continuously.
To better understand this; make sure that the sub-contractor can achieve the task alone without the intervention of another sub-contractor.
An exception; if you need a team to achieve a task by example the concrete Footing task which needs the Formwork sub-contractor and the Concrete supplier. If one or the other is not there the task will not be achieved.
Uses of the Summaries and subtasks in Ms project will be used to create this structure.

To facilitate the use of the schedule each task name should be unique, then you wont have multiple task with the same name and you don't know at which level each are.
Don't truncate name or use abreviation, it may be clear for you but not for your client or consultant.
